reiki & resonance
An experiential workshop for reiki practitioners exploring how sound can be thoughtfully woven into reiki practice.
While often explored as separate modalities, the use of sound alongside energetic practices can be found across cultures and traditions throughout history.
Sound has long been used to mark transitions, support focus, create atmosphere, and invite deeper states of stillness and reflection.
This experiential workshop offers a practical and grounded introduction to working with sound in a Reiki setting. Together, we'll explore accessible instruments such as chimes and singing bowls, their tonal qualities, and ways they may be incorporated into a treatment experience.
This is not a workshop about memorizing techniques or assigning specific outcomes to specific notes, frequencies, or instruments.
Rather, it is an invitation to develop familiarity with sound, cultivate deeper listening, and discover approaches that feel authentic to your own practice.
Through exploration, practice, and experience, participants will be encouraged to trust their intuition and develop their own relationship with sound as a supportive element within Reiki.
